We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. Edward R. Murrow |

On September 17, 1787, the Federal Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and signed the Constitution of the United States of America. On December 12, 1787, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania became the second state to ratify the Constitution. Today, We The People, petition the Pennsylvania legislature for redress of grievances, calling upon the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to once again lead the nation and restore the principles of the Constitution, that they ratified over 218 years ago.
We The People, hereby accuse the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its agencies, including but not limited to the Children and Youth child protective services, the family courts and others, of violating our inalienable and civil rights, by engaging in human rights atrocities, including but not limited to the harvesting and trafficking of children and the systematic destruction of families by violating Constitutional due process and other protections guaranteed and not limited to the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments and due process and other protections guaranteed by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and not limited to Article I Sections 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 13, 17, 25 and 26, Article III Section 31, Article VI Sections 3 and 7, the federal and state child protective services statutes and other federal and state statutes. We The People further accuse that these violations are committed under color and pretense of law and pretense of “protecting” children and “providing services” to families in need of services.
We The People, hereby demand the Pennsylvania legislature, restore, reaffirm and enforce all protections rightfully due its citizens and especially its children and families, guaranteed to We The People, under the Constitution of the United States of America.
On this LIFE website, please find The Family Preservation Act of 2006, that We The People have agreed upon and are submitting to the Pennsylvania legislature, to urgently enact and once again, make the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania one of America’s leaders in upholding the principles and protections guaranteed by the founders of our great nation. |
